Four touchpoints. One evolving wellness mix.

A year-long partnership that gives your team practical opportunities to reflect, practice, and reconnect as life and work change.

Rooted in Capacity-Based Wellness™, the journey begins with your team’s current season and available capacity. Each touchpoint builds on the last, bringing the Ingredients of Wellness into everyday working life.

Mocktail rituals open the conversation. Movement, mental fitness, and guided reflection help people carry it forward.

Annual Wellness Partnership

A connected journey through the year.

Led by Cristi Kaido, a NASM Certified Wellness Coach, Nutrition Coach, and Personal Trainer, the partnership blends experiential learning with practical wellness education.

The Ingredients of Wellness:

Movement · Nourishment · Mindfulness · Connection · Restoration · Creativity & Joy

Everyone has their own mix. We help participants notice what needs attention, choose realistic practices, and revisit their mix as their capacity changes.

“As a certified wellness coach, I've learned that information rarely changes how people feel. Intentional moments do — the kind that let people actually pause, reconnect, and experience what wellbeing feels like.”

  • A mental fitness session with everyday exercises

  • A closing reflection and guided sipping ritual

  • Facilitated reflection and practical takeaways within each session

  • Materials and equipment required for the agreed experiences

01 · Discover Your Mindful Mix

OPEN · Awareness & Connection

A signature mocktail workshop introduces Capacity-Based Wellness™ and the Ingredients of Wellness. Participants reflect on their season, recognize their available capacity, and identify one ingredient to support.

02 · Movement That Fits

PRACTICE · Everyday Movement

Explore desk mobility, walking breaks, and realistic ways to build movement into the workday. Participants choose small practices that fit their routines, preferences, and capacity.

03 · Mental Fitness in Real Life

STRENGTHEN · Awareness & Response

Recognize draining thought patterns and practice a pause-and-reframe response. Guided exercises help participants explore how to respond to everyday challenges with greater intention.

A Note from the Founder

A woman smiling outdoors, holding two drinks, one in each hand, with a tree and a white fence in the background.

I created The Mindful Mixer® around the belief that everyone needs a different mix of wellness—and that mix changes with life.

My training in movement, nutrition, and wellness coaching allows me to bring different perspectives into one connected experience.

A mocktail can give us a reason to pause. The deeper work is noticing what we need and finding realistic ways to support it.

Build a partnership around your people.

Investment is customized to participant numbers, session length, delivery format, locations, and the number of times each touchpoint is delivered.

Four touchpoints for one cohort is a different scope from four touchpoints repeated for multiple shifts or groups. Your proposal will make those details clear.

The sequence shown is an example. We can adapt topics and timing to your organization or integrate the series alongside existing leadership and staff development programs.
